This is a walking stick that I carved by hand. It is depicting a cup of coffee being poured. I had a lot of fun with this one :)
Everything in my shop is made by hand, by me, Josh. I don’t have any elves or helpers.

I began this carving with a large piece of a tree. I used a chainsaw and various grinders to thin and shape the stick. I used some small, rotary bits for some of the detailing, along with a lot of sandpaper. I finished the carving with 4 coats of polyurethane.

I really enjoy creating themed walking sticks such as Odin, Thor, Baron Samedi or many, many other possibilities. If you'd like a stick with bears, owls, or whatever else you might have in mind, just shoot me a message and we can discuss it.
I am also happy to make custom chainsaw carvings of about any animal or object you'd like.

Care instructions
My carvings can be cleaned using many different methods. A feather duster works nicely. Compressed air (duster or air compressor) also works well. If on a porch or indoors, my carvings will never need a new coat of sealer. Chainsaw carvings that are outdoors will need a fresh coat of sealer each year.
